Participating in online community is awesome! Getting ideas from colleges and input on websites and networks that are beneficial to our students and district. For me the experience of sharing my thoughts in "public" makes it more available to others that we might not be able to talk to every day, we do not only get ideas or new strategies from people that we work with in our schools but by also by networking with others around our district. Having the 11 tools available for all to share makes it less stressful on trying new things or websites for the first time because you know that someone in this site could have tried it and can give you hints or walk you through the process. 

First month at CBE

Its been a wonderful experience so far coming in to a "new" school after being some where for 10 years. I must thank the entire CBE family and the Fifth grade team for making me feel so welcome and part of their family. I appreciate all of your encouraging words, and the smiling faces around the hallways, I can truly say I enjoy coming to work every day thanks to you all.
